Air Transat Scores In Top 3 With Quebec Consumers
The Protégez-Vous customer satisfaction survey placed Air Transat in the “above-average satisfaction” group, 3rd after Porter and KLM. Airlines were evaluated on criteria such as the importance given to clients, staff courteousness, product and service knowledge, timely and efficient service, problem-solving skills, prices, product or service quality, and the overall satisfaction of consumers.
“The client has always been Transat’s 1st priority, so it’s an honour for us that our brand is among the most loved by consumers who participated in this survey,” said Annick Guérard, President & General Manager of Transat Tours Canada. “These results confirm that customer service is at the heart of our culture, and that our attentive, courteous and professional staff set us apart.”
Between March 7th and 28th, 2016, more than 3,000 people participated in the survey at DataConso.ca, the Protégez-Vous consumer community.
