12 Hours Without Electronics? RJ Offers Some Ideas

Think of it as a forced digital detox.

In response to the electronics ban announced earlier this week that will ban flyers from accessing their laptops and tablets during certain international flights, Royal Jordanian has come up with some ideas to help pax pass the time.

The airline tweeted a photo listing 12 things to do on a 12-hour flight. Suggestions include reading, meditating and, "engage in primitive dialogue from the pre-internet era."

Flying for hours without a laptop may not be ideal, but as Royal Jordanian pointed out, maybe it's time to try something new -- such as actually talking to the person sitting next to you.
