The Canadian Association of Tour Operators (CATO) is hosting a presentation by TICO president and CEO Richard Smart that all Canadian tour operators are invited to attend.

Smart will give an update on the recent changes, followed by an open forum and Q&A session with attendees, providing insight into the impact of the changes on all tour operators.

The presentation will take place from 3 to 4pm, Tuesday, 1MAY, at the TICO Board Room, 2700 Matheson Blvd. East, Suite 402, West Tower in Mississauga.

Hosted by CATO, the presentation and forum is open to all tour operators, both CATO members and non-members alike.

Those wishing to attend should email CATO Executive Director Pierre Lepage at plepage@cato.ca and indicate who will be attending and their company’s name.
