Air Transat has announced that, effective 4JUN, it has officially moved its check-in counters to a new location at Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Though still in Terminal 3, the new check-in counters are now at the end of the departures area and offer an increased number of full-service and self-service kiosks (44 in total), two self‑service baggage drop-off areas, and easy access to the international security checkpoint.

The check-in counters are divided as follows:

  • Counters 501–508 are dedicated to priority services for Club Class, Option Plus and Eco Max;
  • Counters 509–521 are the main check-in for Economy Class, including dedicated counters for family services;
  • Counters 521–534 will be used by Air Transat during peak periods (and shared with other carriers).
