ACTA’s Travel Learning Campus Goes Live

The Association of Canadian Travel Agencies, DWG Performance and Learning Library Inc. have launched the ACTA Travel Learning campus, now live at

The new resource offers members an e-learning platform with access to information, tools and resources, soon to also include online courses developed to support the growth of sales and industry professionalism.

With 2 release phases planned, this phase offers content for members that includes:

  • Information required to enroll and complete Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) and Certified Travel manager (CTM) certifications
  • BC and SK Travel Health Insurance licensing exams
  • Webinars on-demand and upcoming
  • Regulatory information
  • Access to travel trade specialist programs

ACTA says phase 2 will see additional online courses and designations as well as enhancements to the user experience including a new education loyalty points and rewards system. Future courses include:

  • Air Canada Product knowledge courses
  • CTC/CTM prep courses
  • Travelling with Disabilities designation
  • Helpful regulatory information
  • Selling Travel Health Insurance in Canada
