DL has launched daily year-round flights between YYZ and its hub at SLC.
The flights, which kicked off 27MAY, are using a 132 seat Airbus A319 aircraft featuring 12 First Class seats and 18 Delta Comfort+ seats in addition to economy seating.
“Service to Salt Lake City gives Toronto customers one-stop access to nearly 50 destinations throughout the U.S. from our Mountain West hub, including many destinations favoured by Canadians like Palm Springs, Colorado Springs and Phoenix,” said Steven Larkin, Delta’s Director of Sales – Canada.
“Customers will now have direct service to 6 Delta hubs from Toronto, with the new service providing connectivity to 22 unique destinations served only from Salt Lake City.”
DL2833 will depart YYZ daily at 4:15 p.m., arriving SLC at 6:27 p.m. Return flight DL2797 will take off from SLC at 9:45 a.m., arriving YYZ at 3:27 p.m.
DL now offers 77 peak-day flights from 12 cities in Canada – Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, Regina, Saskatoon, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria and Winnipeg.
In all, DL’s Canadian customers have access to 164 peak day departures, including 70 additional flights through a codeshare partnership with WS.
