G.A.P Adventures Brings A Taste Of South America To YTO

What happens when you combine bongo drummers, bronzed models and hundreds of travel adventure enthusiasts into one venue? G.A.P Adventure’s official launch party for their 2009 brochure, which had partygoers thoroughly entertained late into the night at one of Toronto’s hottest clubs - Revival.

G.A.P Adventures introduced brand new trip styles and locations to their already existing 1,000 trips running throughout out the year. Bruce Poon Tip, the entrepreneurial genius who founded the company in the 90’s, was on hand to deliver a humorous speech about company initiatives and unveil a brand new G.A.P Adventures logo, created by those talented guys at TAXI.

Travel agents, product partners, media and G.A.P employees mingled with representatives from various affiliated companies including Etihad Airways, & Planeterra Foundation (G.A.P’s not-for-profit company). The South American themed event boasted Latin dancers, live drummers, decorated models and melt-in-your-mouth foods by yummy caterers “The Food Dudes”. The cherry on top was a Kahlua drink specialist mixing scrumptious cocktails!

If there's one thing for sure, G.A.P Adventures knows how to bring together a great group of people and throw a themed party everyone there will be talking about for weeks to come.
