BenchmarkPortal Places Transat's Call Centre In Top 10
Transat Tour Canada's Customer Care Centre recently placed among the top 10 in the ' Top 100 Call Centers Award ' from BenchmarkPortal, a research and educational organization for customer care centre best practices.
The Top 100 compares the
performance of customer care centres in North America by evaluating their key
metrics against industry peers. Entries are validated and approved by certified
call centre experts and the resulting submissions are scored on the basis of
both quality and cost efficiency.
This is Transat's 2nd time winning the award - it first did so in 2012.
