WestJet Named One Of Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures For 2015

For a record 6th time, Waterstone Human Capital has named WestJet as having one of Canada's 10 most-admired corporate cultures. No other company has received this honour as many times as WestJet, which is also an original inductee into Canada's Most Admired Corporate Cultures Hall of Fame in 2009.

"WestJetters are very proud of the caring culture each of us contributes to every day, and we're honoured to be recognized along with other great companies who know just how important strong corporate cultures are to success," said Gregg Saretsky, WestJet President & CEO. "I thank all WestJetters for their commitment to our culture."

Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures program, now in its 9th year, recognizes best-in-class Canadian organizations for having a culture that has helped them enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage.

WestJet was among the 1st Canadian companies to receive this honour during the program's inaugural year in 2005, repeating in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2011. The airline is one of just 7 Canadian companies in the program's hall of fame.
