TPI Breaks Travel Advisor Satisfaction Record
International (TPI) has released the results of its annual travel advisor survey. The network of
independent travel advisors appears to have broken its
previous record satisfaction result, achieved
last year, with an overall satisfaction rate of over 98%, up from 97%.
“We consistently hear that our head office travel advisor support and solutions are the reasons that people join and stay with TPI,” said Morris Chia, TPI President & CEO, “As a company our culture is to innovate and consistently seek solutions to the benefit our network of advisors and this result confirms our advisors' satisfaction with what we are doing for them as an organization."
These latest satisfaction results are in addition to TPI’s recent news that average travel advisor commissions have increased by 18% year-over-year and that the average TPI travel advisor has 12 years of experience in the industry.
The survey results are based on the feedback given by TPI independent travel advisors across Canada who took part in the voluntary 2016 TPI Annual Advisor Survey, submitted over a 2-week period each April with submissions received by the majority of active TPI travel advisors.
