Cruise Holidays Agencies Honoured On President’s Circle Cruise

Cruise Holidays International top members recently returned from their annual President’s Circle cruise.  In all, 20 Cruise Holidays agencies were honoured as 2016 President’s Circle award winners, including 7 Canadian agencies, based on their overall gross profit or their year-over-year growth.

Honourees cruised aboard AmaWaterways AmaDara® while exploring Vietnam, Cambodia and the “Riches of the Mekong.” said Vacation.com Vice President Canada, Christine James. “What our Canadian members enjoyed most about this celebratory journey was the opportunity to network and share best practices with fellow members, our supplier partners and our dedicated headquarters team. Ultimately, such dialogue – especially in a relaxed atmosphere like this – benefits everyone and encourages them to keep their momentum going,” said Christine James, Vice President Canada, Vacation.com. Cruise Holidays is part of V.com.

“Attending the President’s Circle event has been the highlight of our year,” said Grace Dieleman, owner, Vellinga’s Travel & Cruise Holidays in Chatham.  “Experiencing the Mekong River from Cambodia to Vietnam is etched in our memory and we are grateful for being able to be part of the journey. Making this event even more special was the fact that we were joined on this trip with not only our peers in the industry, but with National Sales Account representatives. The opportunity to network with everyone over the course of the week was very valuable.  We are grateful to AmaWaterways and Vacation.com for the wonderful experience we were able to have.”

“Our recent President’s Circle cruise was amazing in many ways. This was our first President’s Circle cruise, so an incredible honour for us,” said Barbara Young, owner, Cruise Holidays of Port Coquitlam. “We were provided an incredible opportunity to network with other successful Cruise Holidays owners, and get helpful insights into different business models and practices.  Additionally, we were able to experience the fabulous service and exotic Mekong itinerary of the AmaWaterways AmaDara®, beginning in Cambodia and ending in vibrant Vietnam.”

Other Canadian agency honourees were Joseph Rochemont, Cruise Holidays Clarkson; Lola Vassiliadis, Cruise Holidays Oakville; Michael Jor, Cruise Holidays Scarborough; Carole Paleczny, Cruise Holidays Stittsville and Peter & Dianne Neubauer, Cruise Holidays Lawrence Park.
