Expedia CruiseShipCenters Celebrates Success At Yearly Conference

Expedia CruiseShipCenters has celebrated another national conference at sea recently aboard Ruby Princess sailing from Los Angeles to Mexico. The theme for the annual event attended by more than 300 franchise owners, corporate support staff and industry partners was “2020 Vision: Bigger Better Stronger Together,” focusing on the company’s growth over the next 5 years through investments in technology, marketing and franchise programs.

The week-long conference contained an action packed agenda featuring executive keynote presentations, workshops and panel discussions aimed at sharing best practices and helping franchisees prepare for an exciting year ahead. In addition presentations were delivered onboard by Dondra Ritzenthaler, Senior Vice President Sales, Trade Support & Services for Celebrity Cruises and John Chernesky, Vice President, North America Sales for Princess Cruises.
