UNIGLOBE Travel Eastern Canada’s 25th Annual Charity Golf Tournament
For UNIGLOBE Travel (Eastern Canada) Director of Marketing Sonia McKeon, juvenile diabetes is personal. Two of her three children were diagnosed with the disease at age 7. They’re now 19 and 21, and it hasn’t always been an easy ride. Among her many fundraising efforts to raise awareness and enable research, McKeon and her UNIGLOBE colleagues hold an annual industry golf tournament. The venue was Carrying Place Golf & Country Club north of Toronto. On a beautifully sunny September day, tournament players had a ton of fun and raised an amazing $12,955.
