Holland America Line recently received the Luminary Award from Clarabridge, Inc. for its commitment to the guest experience and high guest satisfaction scores.

Clarabridge, a customer experience management solutions company, awards those who demonstrate superior innovation, leadership and measurable results with its customer experience programs. Holland America receives nearly 300,000 guest surveys annually, and the Clarabridge helps the company analyze the written comments accompanying these surveys.
