Jamaica Wins Big At World Travel Awards

Jamaica was a big winner at the World Travel Awards, which took place at Sandals Montego Bay on 22SEPT. For the 12th year, the Jamaica Tourist Board took home top honours as the Caribbean’s Leading Tourist Board, while the Port of Ocho Rios was awarded Caribbean's Leading Cruise Port, and the Port of Montego Bay was awarded Caribbean's Leading Home Port.

“We’re honoured to be recognized as the best in the region. Each accolade, the Caribbean’s Leading Destination, the Leading Cruise Destination and the Leading Tourist Board reaffirms the strength of our tourism product.,” said Donovan White, Jamaica’s Director of Tourism. “These awards are testament to the collective mission of our partners to promote the best of Destination Jamaica, and together we celebrate these achievements.”
