With the Swiss borders open to Canadian travellers for some time now, Switzerland Tourism has launched a major consumer and trade campaign with stunning visuals illustrating why everyone "needs Switzerland" right about now.

The "I need Switzerland" campaign, which runs throughout the month of OCT, beckons visitors to discover the destination's authenticity and natural beauty. Through a series of radiant photos of Switzerland, the campaign focuses on the various passion points that draw tourists to Switzerland, from the outdoor enthusiast and the luxury traveller to the snow lover and the meeting planner.

“Switzerland and Canada rank amongst the safest countries in this Covid-19 world according to a recent study by the Deep Knowledge Group. Canadians can travel to Switzerland without having to quarantine upon arrival and immediately enjoy the Swiss Alps and our four language regions," says Pascal Prinz, Director for Switzerland Tourism in Canada.

"We remain a fully committed partner, supporting travel agents and tour operators with our biggest campaign in Canada."
