HAL’s Ashford To Manage Sales Operations, Jenner, Dunwoody Leaving
Agent sources have told Cruise Week that Holland America Line senior sales executives Eva Jenner and Charlie Dunwoody are leaving the organization as part of a company-wide restructuring. In the short-term at least, HAL President Orlando Ashford will manage sales.
"We have conducted a restructuring of the North American sales organization at Holland America Line, and as part of the process I will be managing sales operations," Ashford said in a statement sent to Cruise Week Wednesday afternoon.
Rob Coleman, Denella Ri’chard, Michelle Sutter, Anthony Cooper and Cathy Kusuma will report directly to Ashford.
In a message for agents, Ashford said: "We thank you for your support during this and all times. I look forward to seeing many of you next week at Cruise World, and if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to your sales team contact. I’m looking forward to working with you more closely."
Agent sources say they are being told one goal of the changes "is to give greater focus to key regions."
