Genting Announces New Crystal Ship; Rodriquez Named CEO

(GHK) has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Crystal Cruises
from Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK), for a total price of USD 550 million.

related to the purchase, GHK also announced that Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay,
Executive Chairman of the Genting Group and former Chairman of Norwegian Cruise
Line, will take on the role of Chairman at Crystal.
