Silversea Cruises has named Christian Sierralta Vice President of National Accounts & Latin America Sales.

Sierralta is no stranger to Silversea. He was the line’s regional sales director for Latin America and the Caribbean for 6 years, following a 4 year stint as its Senior Business Analyst. He began his career as a market analyst at Cunard Line and most recently was Vice President of International Sales for Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises.

In his new role, he will be responsible for advancing the strategic organization and growth of the national accounts portfolio for the U.S., Canada and Latin America, as well as leading overall sales and marketing initiatives in Latin America.

He will work to strengthen and expand key partnerships with a focus on increasing revenue performance. He will be based in the company's Miami office, reporting to Mark Conroy, Managing Director for the Americas.

"I'm delighted to have Christian join the Silversea family," said Conroy. "Christian's industry knowledge, leadership qualities and passion for the cruise business are a perfect fit to help us achieve sales growth and revenue targets, while ensuring our national accounts and Latin America partners receive excellent service."

"It's great to be back among such a dynamic and dedicated team of professionals," said Sierralta. "I look forward to working closely with our travel partners to support their needs, drive sales, and contribute to Silversea's continued growth and success in the Americas.”
