Couple Says Their Passion Got Them Kicked Off A Cruise

Public Displays of Affection – better known as PDA -- illicit all kinds of reactions, from the disgusted "get a room!" to the gooey "awww."
A couple is claiming it was the former on their recent cruise, and is suing the cruise line for allegedly removing them from the ship for being too loud while making love in their stateroom with the balcony door open.
Soon after their rowdy romp, members of the crew knocked on the door and, after a brief discussion, the couple was asked to leave the ship.
With their suitcases in hand, the pair were left in Barbados and made to find their own way home. After spending three nights in Barbados while dealing with travel arrangements, the pair eventually returned to Germany.
Now, the pair has filed a lawsuit against the cruise line seeking more than $13,000 in compensation, for items like a cruise refund, costs associated with the three days they spent in Barbados transportation back home, plus damages for the emotional pain they say was inflicted upon them.
The cruise line, however, is courting a different story.
“The safety of our guests is our top priority. Due to a security-related incident, we have made use of our house right and asked the guests to leave the ship. This was done to protect the guests themselves and other fellow travellers," a cruise line rep told Reise Reporter.
