Flu Fashion? Airline Couple Don Full-Body Plastic Bags On Flight

Coronavirus fears hit new highs (or lows?) recently when two airline passengers went far beyond face masks and plastic gloves.

In a three-second video uploaded by @Alyssa423 to Twitter, a pair of pax are shown wearing full-body plastic bags – one clear, one a lovely hot pink -- while also wearing masks and gloves on a flight.

“Currently behind me on the plane. When you super scared of #coronavirus #COVID2019,” read the caption.

Reactions to the passengers' extreme precautions were split on the social network, with some claiming the two were correct to protect themselves, while others ridiculed the outlandish outfits.

"They will have the last laugh," Tweeted @Rich12687944.

"At this point, why even travel?!" pondered @SkitheCF.

"Soon we will all be a bubble boy," wrote @MangakaJuryau, referring to the 2001 film about a man born without an immune system who starts living life inside a physical bubble.
