As COVID-19 has burrowed people around the world into their homes, the cruise industry has taken a major hit, with many cruise lines pausing sailings well into May or June.
But as some ships remain at sea, both with and without passengers, crew members are enjoying some down time on board now that all the passengers have left. Some have taken to video-sharing app TikTok to entertain themselves and give a behind-the-scenes looks into what life is like on a mostly-empty cruise ship.
Here's what cruise-ship workers have been up to – from navigating an apparent ghost ship to choreographing dances on deck -- as they wait to return home.
