the cockpit of a commercial passenger jet during takeoff – and even has her
hands on the controls?
It might have something to do with the fact that
she isn't a pilot. International viation authorities frown on amateur flyers.
The situation occurred last week on an AR flight.
It was publicly revealed – of course – through social media.
Actress and glamour model Vicky Xipolitakis
uploaded photos to Twitter last week, showing her in the plane's cockpit, in
between two smiling pilots.
In a video, obtained by Argentinian television news
program Telenoche, the pilots are seen explaining how the various controls
work. Xipolitakis is seen shouting: "I'm going to accelerate and will take

taxpayer, she is entitled to fly the plane - as the airline is wholly owned by
the country's government.
The airline fired pilots Patricio Zocchi Molina and
Federico Matias Soaje after becoming aware of the incident.
Initially, Xipolitakis was contrite over the fierce
reaction and criminal charges. "I sincerely and wholeheartedly did not
imagine I could cause this much damage."
But the story has a new twist:
Xipolitakis is now denying any responsibility for being in
the cockpit and has announced that she plans to file a sexual harassment
lawsuit against the pilot and copilot.
