Air Canada Vacations Chooses Softvoyage As Technology Partner

Air Canada Vacations is working with Softvoyage as its technology partner on inventory management, e-commerce and electronic distribution.

“As we work to quickly grow our business, speed to market and distribution capabilities are essential,” says Craig Landry, President, Air Canada Leisure Group. “The suite of products provided by Softvoyage, including add-on products such as seat selection, cruise, and hotel only bookings, allows us to quickly and efficiently meet the demand of our customers.”

The task included a full deployment of The Travel System (Softvoyage’s enterprise solution for tour operators) across all major operational departments at ACV, and the development of interfaces to internal and external systems in order to simplify and expedite day-to-day operations.

In addition, using Softvoyage’s E-Commerce Applications, ACV and the technology company collaborated on the revamp of`s shopping engine.

Landry says that because The Travel System is integrated to the Softvoyage Distribution Network, ACV will “benefit from significant improvements in the distribution of its products across the Canadian leisure travel marketplace.”
