As Palladium Hotel Group prepares for this winter’s launch of TRS Hotels as a distinct brand, Sonia Casaubon, National Sales Director, Canada, for Palladium Hotel Group, defines the experience:

“TRS Hotels stand for elegance and sophistication. They offer a modern vibe that is at the same time cozy and comfortable, with personalized, dedicated service. These hotels represent a big step up in quality for Palladium, and we’re very excited to welcome your clients.”

Here’s a status report on the two properties that will be ready for winter 2017/2018, and the third that will open next fall.

The Royal Suites Yucatan Hotel will emerge from a massive expansion and enhancement on 1DEC. Formerly a 130-room section of the resort, TRS Yucatan will now feature 454 suites, 108 with private pools. The property will also boast a completely new beach experience featuring an adults-only beach club with Bali-style sunbeds, 4 new exclusive a la carte themed restaurants, a “Dinner and Show” buffet restaurant and a new infinity pool. Guests will enjoy 24/7 butler and room service and exclusive bars featuring top-shelf selections.

Specially designed to provide exclusivity and luxury, the new ‘Royal Junior Suites’ offer the highest level of comfort. Light and elegantly decorated, they include a king-size or two double beds, both options with memory foam mattresses. Large, modern 60 m2 (646 sq. ft.) suites are equipped with the latest technology and set in tropical gardens. Your clients will revel in the luxury of a jetted hydro massage bath on the terrace.

“This hotel is going to be amazing,” says Sonia Casaubon. “The beach club is a spectacular indoor/outdoor venue overlooking the ocean and from enjoying morning coffee to dinner shows at night, it’s a wonderful place to be.”

TRS Turquesa Hotel -- BEST OF TWO WORLDS

Designed exclusively for adult travellers, The Royal Suites Turquesa Hotel in Punta Cana offers the best of two worlds: the privacy and personalized service of a small VIP resort and unlimited access to the wide array of services available at any of the three resorts located in Palladium’s expansive complex: Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino, Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Bávaro Resort & Spa. The entire complex is set on a full kilometer of white sand – one of the world’s great beaches.

The Royal Suites Turquesa features 180 Deluxe Junior Suites, 124 Royal Junior Suites, 24 Deluxe Suites, 12 Romance Suites, 15 Royal Honeymoon Suites, 16 Cabaña Suites and 1 Royal Presidential Suite. Butler service is available to pamper your clients from 8 am through 11 pm, and room service is available 24 hours a day. There are seven swimming pools exclusively reserved for TRS Turquesa Hotel guests, and a private beach section with waiter service. A first-class spa and fitness centre offers pampering and wellness services. TRS Turquesa guests can also stay connected with free WiFi access.

“The beach club at Turquesa will be a great addition to this property,” says Casaubon. “It really cements the distinct experience offered at TRS.”

Opening next fall, the TRS Coral is a new luxury 5-star beachfront hotel designed exclusively for adult escapes. Situated on the idyllic white sand beach of Costa Mujeres just north of Cancún, this design-driven, eco-friendly hotel is made with sustainable building materials and the hotel operations will be distinguished by a passionate commitment to the preservation of local species.

The Royal Suites Coral Hotel will offer vibrant nightlife, rich gastronomic offerings, and a wide variety of cultural, leisure and entertainment options due to its proximity to the city of Cancún and other nearby points of interest.

The hotel will showcase 473 luxurious rooms and suites, each with balcony or furnished terrace, jetted tubs and stunning views. There will be an exclusive swimming pool, spa and gym, seven themed restaurants, two buffet restaurants and three bars, including a 24-hour sports bar. The TRS-signature Beach Club will be a resort highlight, featuring an exclusive stretch of beach, waiter service, live gastronomic shows and much more.

TRS Coral guests will also enjoy free access to the spa’s hydrotherapy circuit. “Other guests pay up to $35 per day for that,” says Casaubon. “That’s great value for your TRS clients.”
