Contiki has announced the appointment of Sheralyn Berry as its new Canadian president, effective immediately.
Berry has been a key member of Contiki Canada’s executive team for the past eight years. According to a statement from the company, Berry will “utilize her in-depth expertise promoting travel to the millennial audience to continue highlighting the unique Contiki experience.”
With 19 years of travel industry experience, Berry first joined Contiki as its director of sales, moving up to her most recent role as vice president of sales.
“Over the past eight years, I have had the pleasure of collaborating with our trade partners to help make their clients’ dreams come true. In my new role, I will continue our company’s dedication to the trade while also increasing our brand footprint among consumers. This is an exciting time for Contiki as we look to make more #NoRegrets experiences come true and change young Canadians’ lives through travel,” said Berry.
“One of The Travel Corporation’s greatest strengths is our team members’ talents, strong skill sets and the ability to adapt, as our business continues to grow year over year. We are very committed to promoting from within, whenever possible,” said Jeff Element, president of Contiki parent The Travel Corporation Canada.
