Sunwing Travel Group has revealed plans to open a Royalton All-In Luxury Resort in Grenada in December of 2019.  At 300 rooms, this will be the Caribbean Island nation’s largest resort.

The new Royalton Grenada will be located on the renowned Magazine Beach, a calm and picturesque white-sand beach just a few minutes from the airport.

Key features will include a spa, eight restaurants, and a host of facilities and services appealing to couples, families and groups. The resort will feature signature Royalton amenities including the handcrafted ‘DreamBed,’ ‘All-In Connectivity’ with keyless room entry and free calling to North America and Europe, unlimited reservation-free dining, the ‘Sports Event Guarantee’ and ‘Diamond Club’ upgrades with butler service.

Guests wishing to stay active can participate in the curated ‘RoyaltonFit’ health and wellness program or immerse themselves in a mix of local entertainment and popular themed events.

“Grenada is a beautiful and welcoming destination with a lot to offer and we’re looking forward to spearheading tourism growth on the Island and have already started with our new flights beginning next month", said Stephen Hunter, President & CEO of Sunwing Travel Group.

Grenada, often referred to as the “Spice Island” due to the fragrant blend of spices like wild nutmeg that fill the air, is also popular for its natural attractions, rum distilleries, chocolate, guava jam, ginger and handmade crafts.
