Blau Rebrand Aims To Put The Customer First

The Blau hotel group has launched a rebrand which, according to the company, prioritizes the customer relationship.

A new logo is meant to represent a new image as well as a new philosophy where much of the company’s focus is on the employees, favouring a healthy work environment which results in better customer service.

The lower case letters in the logo are intended to symbolize a familiarity with the client, and the two shades of blue a passion for the sea and sky. 

The hotel group, which offers properties in the holiday areas of Mallorca, Punta Cana and Varadero, is also working on developing two new brands: a premium offering and an urban iteration.
