In a statement released on 14JUN, Sunwing said it has added flying capacity and reconfigured its schedule without the 737 MAX 8 through to 2SEP as the Boeing aircraft remains grounded worldwide.

"Schedule changes for departures up to and including Monday, September 2nd have now been made and are reflected in our flight times on our website and across our reservation system," said Sunwing in the release. "If a customer’s travel plans have been affected, we will be communicating this directly to their travel agent, as appropriate.  We are currently still finalizing any schedule adjustments beyond this departure date and are working hard to ensure these changes will have minimal impact on our operations and on customer experience."
