According to multiple media sources, the Trudeau government is expected to announce that it will limit the number of Canadian airports accepting international flights. Media outlets say int'l arrivals will be restricted to YUL, YYZ, YYC or YVR. However, this measure will not affect flights between Canada and the United States.

The Prime Minister is expected to release details of the new restrictions during a press conference at 1:00 pm ET today.

You make a fair point and this is something we debated. But CTV and CBC have also reported this after La Presse had the first report. They wouldn't do that without confidence in the information. We will put out a more detailed report following the 1 pm press conference.
