The Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun was the first AMResorts property to reopen its doors, on 15JUN, 2020.
Atlantis will welcome guests back to The Royal and Harborside Resort as of 07JUL, and to The Cove beginning 14JUL, 2020.
Developed in partnership with the Cleveland Clinic, they’ve established the Atlantis Clean & Safe Promise. In addition to offering express check-ins on a smartphone, the resort is requiring face coverings in certain indoor areas such as elevators and casino table games.

Banyan Tree Hotels have some hotels operating and have updated their cancellation policy. Any existing booking may be postponed to a later date. There are no cancellation or amendment fees when changes are made 24 hours before thee arrival date up to and including 30JUN 2020. Customers can change their destination free of charge.

Banyan Tree Mayakoba, Mexico has been open as of 08JUN, 2020.
Banyan Tree Cabo Marques, Mexico has a tentative opening date of 01JUL, 2020
Hacienda Xcanatun by Angsana, Mexico has an opening date of 01JUL, 2020.
Properties in Cuba are expected to open later this summer.
According to a statement posted on its website on 28APR, "Currently, the majority of our hotels are temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation. As the authorities of each country remove travel restrictions on their citizens, we will open them again to welcome you. In those cases where we are obliged to change the planned opening date, guests who have a booking will be relocated to a similar or superior category hotel in the same destination."

Blue Diamond Resorts is set to open five of its Caribbean properties, two resorts in Cancun and three in Jamaica. On 15JUL, 2020, the company will open:

Disney's Florida theme parks have been closed since March 15 because of the coronavirus pandemic, but the company announced last month that the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom would be open for business 11JUL ; Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios reopen 15JUL.

The Lopesan Hotel Group temporarily closed its properties, including Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, Spa & Casino in Punta Cana, effective 22MAR 2020. The company says it will return to business "when the competent institutions indicate that the hotel sector can operate normally again."
JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa reopened 08JUN, 2020, and Marriott Cancun Resort will reopen on 01JUL, 2020.
MELIA HOTELS & RESORTS
Melia says it has adapted hotel operations under the Stay Safe program certified by Bureau Veritas. On 11JUN Meliá announced it was steadily advancing towards the ‘new normal’ for the tourism and travel industry, ready to reactivate properties across the globe.
Palace Resorts and Le Blanc Spa Resorts in Mexico and Jamaica have re-opened under the new Purely Palace program, a cleanliness & safety protocol.
RIU Hotels is resuming operations in Cancún with the reopening of the Riu Palace Peninsula on 08JUN and the Riu Cancun on 19JUN. The Riu Plaza Guadalajara, which reopened on 25MAY, was the first Riu property to resume operations in Mexico.
RIU Hotels has further announced the reopening of several of its hotels in Aruba, the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas. The Riu Palace Bavaro (Punta Cana) and the Riu Palace Paradise Island (Bahamas) will open on 01JUL, 2020. The Riu Palace Aruba will open on 10JUL, 2020. The Riu Reggae in Jamaica will open on 03JUL. 2020, after the opening weeks ago of the Riu Ocho Rios.
After these openings, the chain will have resumed it activity in 16 of the 19 countries where it operates, pursuing its goal of gradually reactivating its 99 hotels.

Solmar Hotels & Resorts will begin a phased reopening on 15JUN. The company has implemented the Solmar Standards in Safety & Care to ensure safety, sanitation and social distancing protocols are in place.
Original Group announced the reopening of two of its adults-only resorts, both implementing new sanitation and safety protocols. The Temptation Cancun Resort reopened 10JUN, and Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort in Puerto Morelos will reopen 01JUL.
Velas Resorts in Mexico have reopened their doors to domestic and international travellers 15JUN, 2020. The resort collection’s properties to reopen include Grand Velas in Los Cabos, Riviera Maya and Riviera Nayarit, Mar del Cabo in Baja California Sur and Velas Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta.
