Signature Vacations, the exclusive Canadian tour operator for RIU Hotels & Resorts, has announced the reopening of Riu Palace Aruba. Following an extensive $25 million renovation, the resort set on the island’s Palm Beach features a sleek, contemporary ambience along with several attractive new features.

Among the enhancements, the resort’s 450 guest rooms have been refurnished to include the latest technology including flat-screen satellite TVs and electronic safes. The buffet restaurant Don Nicolas has been completely transformed and bold murals recreate the seabed within the poolside Nautilus restaurant.

A highlight of the renovation is the addition of an infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea, together with an expansive sun terrace. Other amenities now available to guests include property-wide complimentary Wi-Fi, a gym and the Renova Spa along with a refurbished theatre for nightly entertainment. The 24-hour sports bar has also been enhanced with the addition of a new cocktail lounge.
