IATA Urges Canada To Relax Travel Restrictions Before Damages "Become Permanent"

Canadian airlines are doing enough to ward off COVID-19 without needing to resort to “blanket quarantine measures,” says IATA. In a statement released Monday, the trade group said it is "critical" that the federal government relax its restrictions on passenger testing and reopen its skies to international travel. Not doing so will result in permanent economic and social damages, he cautioned.
